- Think of this as a research institute for creation & connection with self, community, and nature. A springboard for the development and deployment of new culture and tools around free expression, collective organization, environmental and experience design.
- We are building a living experiment as the focal point of an organism of dynamic, creative, and multi-talented people from around the world who come and go, passing through and touching the space with their magic and being touched in return. An epicenter.
- The grounds are more than 9 hectares of mature forested estate with abundant biodiversity, water, flora, and productive fruit & nut trees. There’s regularly a team of 10-30 people here.
- We are 45 minutes from Porto, 20 minutes from the beach, and close to waterfalls & hotsprings.
- For most roles, we are looking for long term (2-3 years minimum) candidates.
Come help us create & imbue this paradise with (high functioning) mischief & magic, science & systems.
