It welcomes all creative beings, from those who have never experimented with songwriting to fully developed artists. The necessary ingredient is a willingness to experiment out of your comfort zone and stay open to emergence.

It’s not a “finish 10 songs” bootcamp, and it’s not therapy. It’s a hybrid: Song Lab + Artistic Identity Development.
We’ll move between creation blocks (writing, co-writing, feedback) and “identity” sessions (voice, values, narrative, aesthetics, live direction, decision-making). A central thread of the week is learning to move through fear: fear of being judged, fear of not being good enough, fear of releasing “unfinished” ideas. We’ll treat that fear as material. You’ll practice sharing earlier, failing faster, and separating your worth from the work, so you can make bolder choices and actually finish things.
Embodied blocks (tuning into the body to free the mind to create, improvisations exercices, raw and unfiltered expression as a vehicle for art)
Daily creation sessions (solo writing, co-writing, lyric work, arrangement, sound choices)
Identity sessions (what you stand for, what you keep repeating, what you’re avoiding, what you want to be recognised for)
Feedback rituals that are specific and useful (not vague “it’s nice” comments)
Micro-showings (work-in-progress sharing, performance tests, live framing
Arrival (intentions, constraints, quick warm-ups)
Voice + Vocabulary (palette building, first deep creation sprint)
Collaboration + friction (co-writing rotations, protect your identity)
