Each morning, we start with a tea, beginning with green, gradually deepening into aged puerh, followed by an optional meditation practice. Participant-led rituals invite silent presence: one shared session per day, initiated through a rotating object. Activities may include journaling, stretching, reading, painting: anything quiet & introspective. Participation is optional.
Gaba will be served in the evening each day, around a hot tub or sauna session.
The format is compatible with participants who are working Monday to Friday.
A series of passive cues to presence, distributed across the land — inviting stillness, pause, or quiet engagement on one’s own terms. These minimalist interventions are designed to support attention, including a collective art-piece that collects traces across the week.
