an introduction to life & death in forest regeneration

facilitated by Ioanna, our resident land steward
- learn about agroforestry principles (forest strata, food sovereignty, etc)
- explore species and environments on 23 acres of private forest
- contribute and learn about pruning in an existing system
- interact with the herbal world on the land learning different artistic techniques such as carving and weaving, visit examples of land art
- plan and create 1 square meter agroforest nests as interactive, temporary, processual pieces of art
- there will be a structured instructory component each morning and you may spend afternoons researching & building together
- get your hands dirty and have fun with plants and humans
the forest will speak for herself.
