A week of sound, somatic expression & creative emergence.
Resonance Lab is a one-week exploration of musical expression, somatic discovery, and co-creation. An invitation to remember the instrument that is your body, your sound & your presence.
In this week of workshops, forest immersions, and improvisational play, we explore:
❈ Voice as resonance: meet the way your voice emerges from your whole being.
❈ Somatic movement: body, breath, sound as tools to unlock expression.
❈ Acoustic and synthetic bridges: weaving ancient tones with electronic experimentation, where earth and technology converge.
❈ Sound to soma: exploring how vibration, rhythm and breath shape our emotional and physical bodies.
❈ Nature as collaborator: tuning into birdsong, wind, silence, and forest as co-composers.
❈ Human connection through sound: finding each other in improvisation, co-regulation, and shared creation.
Beyond labels, beyond identities, beyond stories, the artist in each of us remains. Resonance Lab is an incubator for the musically curious, a container to meet the artist that lives and breathes in you and cultivate your relationship to sound, to song, to co-creation.
In an age of distraction, immediacy is a radical act. To slow down and attune to your own pulse, to another’s breath, to the subtle textures of sound around you is to reclaim a part of yourself that consumer culture forgets.
We live in a time of disconnection, synthetic overstimulation, and increasing isolation.
This week is about coming back,
To non-performative expression.
To sound before speech.
To movement without choreography.
